1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Truespec (the "Service"), provided by Nathan Di Lucca ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta Services
Please note that the Service is currently in a "Beta" version and is still under active development. You understand and agree that:
- The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, limits, and pricing plans, at any time without prior notice.
- Data may be lost or corrupted, and we recommend maintaining backups.
3. Description of Service
Truespec provides tools that:
- Document product features, capabilities, and limitations
- Link documentation to code and integrations
- Enable AI-powered querying and feature generation
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, identifying or implied, regarding the Service.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Ensuring authorized access only
- All activity under your account
You must provide accurate and current information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI
- Overload or disrupt the system
- Submit harmful, misleading, or malicious content
- Use the Services to violate third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs:
- Are based on provided and connected data
- May contain inaccuracies or omissions
- Should be reviewed before reliance
We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability for legal, security, or compliance decisions.
7. Integrations
You are responsible for:
- Granting appropriate permissions
- Complying with third-party terms (e.g., GitHub, Slack)
We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your data
- We retain ownership of the platform, software, and models
- No rights are granted except as explicitly stated
9. Modifications to the Service and Prices
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Truespec Site or the Service itself.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For Terms violations
- For security reasons
- For non-payment (if applicable)
- At our sole discretion during the Beta phase
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Total liability is limited to the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) amounts paid in the last 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
